OK friends... I do alot of festivals but am looking for some NEW thoughts... I plan to hand out mini flyers along with a page of specials Sept, Oct and Nov.
I also want to add specials for them to USE at the festival... and a coupon to use if they contact me before Dec 31... Any ideas are WELCOME!

This is something I have thought of... just not sure what to add!

Book a September show (Cooking or Catalog) at the festival…
I will add____ to your party!

Book an October Show (Cooking or Catalog) at the festival…
I will add____ to your party!

Book a November Show (Cooking or Catalog) at the festival…
I will add____ to your party!

Interested in earning some additional money this fall? Maybe you want ALL the products in the most economic way possible? Sign up to become a consultant at the Festival and ___________________

and under that I have 3 coupons for if they contact me before Dec. 31

I am looking for ideas! My BRAIN is not working!

I'll be doing several festivals coming up soon, so I like this idea!

I'd say:
Book Sept. get bamboo tool turn around FREE (pay for it as the 60%off)
Book Oct. get a FREE stone (pay for one of the 60% off)
Book Nov. Get $15 in Free products of your choice

Sign up and I'll create a pantry collection of must haves for your business (once you qualify).

What are some effective ways to promote my Pampered Chef business at a weekend festival?

To promote your Pampered Chef business at a weekend festival, consider setting up an engaging booth with product demonstrations. Offer samples of food made with Pampered Chef tools to attract visitors. Use eye-catching signage and promotional materials to highlight special offers. Additionally, utilize social media to announce your participation and encourage followers to visit your booth.

How can I attract more foot traffic to my booth during the festival?

To attract more foot traffic, create an interactive experience at your booth. Host mini cooking demonstrations or contests where attendees can win Pampered Chef products. Offer exclusive festival discounts or bundle deals to incentivize purchases. Engaging visuals and friendly staff can also draw people in, so make sure your booth is welcoming and lively.

Should I offer any special promotions during the festival?

Yes, offering special promotions during the festival can significantly boost sales. Consider providing a limited-time discount on popular items or a buy-one-get-one-free offer. You could also create a raffle for a Pampered Chef product, where attendees can enter by providing their contact information, allowing you to follow up after the event.

How can I effectively follow up with leads collected during the festival?

After the festival, promptly follow up with leads by sending a personalized thank-you email. Include a recap of your booth experience and any special offers that are still valid. Utilize social media to connect with those who engaged with your booth and encourage them to join your mailing list for future promotions and recipes.

What materials should I prepare in advance for the festival?

Prepare a variety of materials in advance, including product catalogs, business cards, and flyers detailing your special offers. Bring samples of your best-selling products and any necessary cooking tools for demonstrations. Additionally, have a sign-up sheet for your mailing list and a tablet or device to collect email addresses for follow-up.
