Lisa/ChefBear said:I've had hostesses ask me about doing some kind of incentive for RSVP'ng.......I've been thinking of putting something on the invites, saying get entered into a drawing for a prize if you RSVP to hostess by X date (2 days before show??) so we can plan better.
What do you think???I'd probably just have hostess tell me names and use some kind of tickets and put names in prep bowl or batter bowl and have someone pull out name and then give them ?? Not sure what?? That's what I'm at a loss. Must be present to win!!
I've had more people say, I know people are busy, but common courteous to reply would be appreciated.
What do you think???

Consider offering a small kitchen gadget, such as a measuring spoon set or a silicone spatula. You could also give a sample of a popular Pampered Chef product, like a seasoning mix or a mini cookbook. Another idea is to create a DIY gift bag with a few Pampered Chef recipes and a small kitchen tool.
To make the free gift appealing, choose items that are practical and useful in the kitchen. You can also consider the preferences of your guests by asking them what types of products they would find valuable. Personalizing the gift or including a handwritten note can also add a special touch.
While it's not mandatory, offering a free gift can incentivize guests to invite friends and increase attendance at your Pampered Chef party. It creates a fun atmosphere and encourages social interaction, which can lead to more sales and bookings.
Promote the free gift through social media, email invitations, and during your party announcements. Highlight the value of the gift and how it enhances the party experience. You can also create a sense of urgency by stating that the offer is limited to the first few guests who bring a friend.
Budget-friendly options include items that you can purchase in bulk, such as kitchen towels or small utensils. You can also consider making homemade gifts, like a jar of spice blend or a recipe card set. Additionally, you can repurpose items you already have, such as samples or promotional materials from Pampered Chef.
