BethCooks4U said:Do you mean that the fund-raiser would be just the new products in the mini-catalog? I think some groups would really like that and it would be less expensive for you than providing full catalogs. I'd add a note that this isn't the full catalog and everything in the full catalog could be ordered as well. Maybe give the group several full catalogs that they could give to those who want to see it or direct them to your website to see the rest of the line...
The best thing about PC's fund-raisers is that we do not inflate our prices EVER. It's just hard to get groups to understand that when they are looking at their options.
An Idea-Mini Catalog as a Fundraiser Catalog is a condensed version of the full product catalog that showcases select items from Pampered Chef. It is designed specifically for fundraising purposes, allowing organizations to raise money by selling these featured products while promoting the Pampered Chef brand.
You can use the Idea-Mini Catalog by partnering with a school, charity, or community organization that needs to raise funds. Distribute the catalog to supporters, who can then place orders for the featured products. A percentage of the sales will go towards the fundraising goal.
Various organizations can benefit from using the Idea-Mini Catalog, including schools, sports teams, non-profits, community groups, and churches. Any group looking to raise funds for a specific cause or project can utilize this fundraising tool.
While there are no upfront costs for using the Idea-Mini Catalog itself, organizations may need to consider expenses related to marketing materials, shipping, or promotional events. Additionally, Pampered Chef typically offers a percentage of sales back to the organization, which can offset costs.
You can track sales by keeping a record of orders placed through the catalog, either manually or by using an online order system provided by Pampered Chef. After the fundraiser concludes, you can calculate the total sales and determine the donation amount based on the agreed percentage with Pampered Chef.
