I was just thinking about what would make fundraisers appealing!!!!

Anyone want to create a order form for this?

Personally I don't like this because it is too much like other direct sales fundraisers where they have a special fundraiser catalog which ends up having inflated prices and only select merchandise....but I was a customer of a fundraiser like this once. I found that I paid 40% more than the retail...I would have rather given the amount directly to the organization.

Do you mean that the fund-raiser would be just the new products in the mini-catalog? I think some groups would really like that and it would be less expensive for you than providing full catalogs. I'd add a note that this isn't the full catalog and everything in the full catalog could be ordered as well. Maybe give the group several full catalogs that they could give to those who want to see it or direct them to your website to see the rest of the line...

The best thing about PC's fund-raisers is that we do not inflate our prices EVER. It's just hard to get groups to understand that when they are looking at their options.

I would also include some kind of a note stating that the full product line can be purchased... maybe attach to the mini catalog a note saying that the full line can be viewed through the catalog held by the fundraising chairs, and through your website, where orders can be conveniently placed. ;) But this is a great idea to get catalogs out to everyone at a lower out of pocket cost... plus it is something they may hold on to more than they would a flyer, and it has all your contact info on it.
