I am going to try this at my show today in an attempt to book Feb. It's a spin-off of a game I saw on here awhile back about 5 items. I tried that one at a show & it didn't go over well because they didn't want to do the math or had the attention span of a gnat.

Anyway, this is what I'm gonna try: on the back of their drawing slip, they write down the 2 items in the catalog they would buy today if money were not an object and add the cost together. Then, I'll have them subtract 60%.
I'll have them announce what their savings would be. Winner is who saves the most. Then I can go into the other host benefits & how today's host will also get the booking benefit.

What do you think?

Any ideas to go with this are welcome:chef:

Well that is very creative!!!

I tried it and it wasn't going over well until I showed the prize which was a
set of the stripe & leaf kitchen towels that I got off the outlet.
$800 show so far, but NO bookings. :grumpy: I must not be presenting it very well.

Frequently Asked Questions

What strategies can I use to encourage bookings at my Pampered Chef show?

To encourage bookings, consider offering exclusive discounts or promotions for guests who book a party during your show. Share success stories from previous hosts to illustrate the fun and benefits of hosting. Additionally, create a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the products.

How can I make my show more interactive to increase bookings?

Incorporate interactive elements such as cooking demonstrations, tastings, or hands-on activities where guests can try the products themselves. Encourage participation by asking guests to share their favorite recipes or cooking tips, which can create a sense of community and excitement about hosting their own show.

What should I say when asking guests to book a show?

When asking guests to book a show, be enthusiastic and genuine. You might say something like, "If you enjoyed today’s show, imagine how much fun you could have with your friends at your own party! Plus, you can earn free products and exclusive host rewards!" Make sure to highlight the benefits they would receive as a host.

How can I follow up with guests after the show to secure bookings?

After the show, send a personalized thank-you message to each guest, expressing your appreciation for their attendance. In your message, remind them of the benefits of hosting a show and offer to answer any questions they may have. You can also include a special limited-time offer to create urgency for booking.

What if guests seem hesitant to book a show?

If guests are hesitant, listen to their concerns and address them directly. They may have fears about time commitment, planning, or costs. Reassure them by explaining how easy it is to host a show and that you will assist them every step of the way. Sharing testimonials from previous hosts can also help alleviate their concerns.
