I am planning on making the 30 min chicken at a show friday night and am going to the grocery store in a little bit to get one to try today. I know there's been a lot of talk about it on here, but didn't have time to go through all the post. Any suggestions? What did you all use as the seasoning? Did it go over well? Did it taste good? I'm making the brownies for the demo and thought I would pop the chicken in when the 1st guest gets there.

Use the seasoning mixture from the recipe - it's good.

I agree with Linda. Only I didn't put the thyme in it. I hate thyme. But it was still super delish. My hubby said it was the best chicken I have ever made.

I am with Linda on this one too -
My kids love it -

Pop it in the micro as soon as first guest arrives - micro 30 minutes and let stand 10 with cover on - forged cutlery to start your slicing - the smell alone sells the dcb!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need to prepare a 30-minute chicken for my show?

To prepare a 30-minute chicken, you'll need boneless, skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, your choice of seasonings (such as garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper), and any vegetables you want to include, like bell peppers or onions. You may also want to have some fresh herbs for garnish.

What cooking tools from Pampered Chef should I use for this recipe?

For this recipe, you can use the Rockcrok® or the Quick Cooker for fast and even cooking. Additionally, a cutting board, chef's knife, and mixing bowls will be helpful for prep work. Don't forget to have measuring spoons and a spatula on hand!

How can I ensure the chicken is cooked evenly in 30 minutes?

To ensure even cooking, make sure to cut the chicken breasts into uniform pieces, about 1-inch thick. This will help them cook through at the same rate. Additionally, preheat your cooking tool and avoid overcrowding the pan to allow for proper heat circulation.

Can I prepare the chicken ahead of time for my show?

Yes, you can marinate the chicken ahead of time to enhance the flavor. Just be sure to keep it refrigerated until you're ready to cook. You can also chop your vegetables and gather your ingredients in advance to streamline the cooking process during the show.

What are some quick side dishes I can serve with the 30-minute chicken?

Some quick side dishes to pair with your chicken include a simple salad, steamed vegetables, or rice cooked in the microwave. You can also prepare a quick pasta dish using the microwave or stovetop to complement the chicken.
