How Can I Make My Donation Look Nice with The Pampered Chef?

That is a GREAT idea..one of them already needed to be given to the people..BUT..I am doing another one in the next 2 weeks..I think I will use a Twixit when I do it again.

I was asked to donate a door prize for 2 separate fundraising events coming up. I was planning on donating a personal gift certificate along with a Season's Best and I would also like to include a catalog. But I am not sure how to put it all together to make it look nice. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am king of pressed for time since I need one of them by tomorrow.

Also how much would you make the gift certificate for? I was thinking $10 or $15. Which would you do?

Get a gift bag and some tissue paper. Put everything in it.

I had thought about that..but I didn't know if I should do it in something that you could see it or not. I do like that idea though. I think I will do that. Thank you.

I'd say stack them together, and wrap them with a pretty, wide ribbon. Or, if you have it or want to get it at a craft store, get a cellophane bag big enough for all of it, and tie that with a pretty ribbon.

If it's just a door prize, I think $10 is sufficient, or you could say "$10 on your order or $15 when used as a host, call for details." If it were a part of a raffle, I'd say more, but for a door prize, that's plenty.

When I've done this, I've filled the bottom of a PC reusable shopping bag w/ tissue paper, and put a small gift on top of that (Like a SB & QK paring knife), along with an envelope w/ the GC in it.

I know this is a little late, but at our cluster meeting e were talking about uses for Twixit clips and we came up with making gift bags in clear bags and using the twixits to tie them closed. YOu could do this for a bridal gift etc. Mightbe an idea for what you were putting together too.
