:( Ok, I just got the Avery 5164 labels and printed my first set and they are all off line! So the whole sheet is wasted....does anyone know what I can do to fix it?? I feel I always have a problem! I am going try tech support...who knows maybe they can help...

1) do a test print on a plain sheet of paper before you print labels--then hold that sheet up over the blank labels and look at it with light behind it (I stand in front of a window) to check the alignment.

2) not sure what you meant by off line--they are supposed to print so that you can fold them over the side of the mini for mailing.

I think it is my printer, i have done 5 sheets and all but 1 were outside the label ( half the invite was on the label, half was off) i think it has to do with how my printer pulls in the paper....i have been playing arts and crafts to get them on the minis! lol...its not that bad but would be so much easier if I could get it to work correctly! :) thanks for advice - i did try and the test sheets are great, but when i put the actual labels in--not so much

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I notice a misprint on my Mini Catty labels?

If you notice a misprint on your Mini Catty labels, the first step is to contact your Pampered Chef consultant or customer service. They can provide guidance on how to obtain corrected labels or replacements for your materials.

Can I print my own labels to replace the misprinted ones?

While it may be tempting to print your own labels, it's important to use official Pampered Chef materials to maintain brand consistency. Check with your consultant for the correct procedure to obtain new labels rather than creating your own.

Is there a way to fix the misprinted labels without replacing them?

If the misprint is minor, you might be able to correct it with a permanent marker or label maker. However, this is not recommended as a long-term solution. It's best to replace the labels to ensure professionalism in your presentation.

How long does it take to receive replacement labels for misprints?

The time it takes to receive replacement labels can vary. Typically, once you report the issue and request new labels, you should expect to receive them within a few weeks. For specific timelines, check with your consultant or customer service.

Are there any costs associated with getting replacement labels for misprints?

Replacement labels for misprints are usually provided at no cost, but this can depend on the circumstances and company policies. Always confirm with your consultant or customer service to understand any potential fees.
