i am having a hard time even viewing my e-mails from hotmail i will click on the in box and then it will come up but the problem is this i can not open an e-mail from any one it just sits there and i have waited for awhile and novthing but it did this off and on for awhile but now it has ben like this for 3 days and i have e-mails i need to read but i cant it used to say working on your suggestion but not now it will not do any thing. so is this because my comuter or having dile up?
 
do you have access to another computer to see if it's a problem with hotmail vs. your internet connection? Maybe a neighbor, friend, or library?
