I heard last night at our cluster meeting that people were talking about at conference (which unfortunately I did not go) giving/sending their host an evaluation form for their show.

The form had various items - from did you have fun, did you like the recipe, to would you book a show in 6 months when the new products are out.

Does anyone use this? If so, how does it work? And, if you would, could you share it with the rest of us?

Thanks!

I am very interested in this as well, so I'm bumping it up hoping someone will reply. :D

Which wave did your cluster go to? I was in wave 3 & don't remember hearing anything about this.

What are these waves? Yes, I'm a newbie. :D

Jen~ Conference goes in 3 waves of meetings. There are just too many of us to meet all at once!!!! lol

I think the evaluation is a GREAT idea. I hope someone has one they can share with us.... lol I could create one, but I choose to sleep and eat in my spare time instead ;)

I woul dlove to see one if anyone has -- what a great idea!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Host Evaluation Form in direct sales?

A Host Evaluation Form is a tool used by direct sales consultants to gather feedback from hosts after a party. It helps assess the host's experience, the effectiveness of the party, and areas for improvement. This feedback can enhance future parties and strengthen the consultant-host relationship.

Why is it important to use a Host Evaluation Form?

Using a Host Evaluation Form is important because it provides valuable insights into the host's experience and the party's success. It can help identify what worked well and what didn't, allowing consultants to refine their strategies and improve future parties. Additionally, it shows hosts that their opinions matter, fostering loyalty and encouraging future bookings.

What should be included in a Host Evaluation Form?

A comprehensive Host Evaluation Form should include questions about the host's overall experience, the effectiveness of the consultant, the products showcased, the party format, and any suggestions for improvement. It can also include a section for the host to rate their satisfaction and provide open-ended feedback.

Can you provide a sample question for a Host Evaluation Form?

Sure! A sample question could be: "On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied were you with the overall party experience?" Followed by an open-ended question like, "What did you enjoy most about the party, and what could be improved?" This allows for both quantitative and qualitative feedback.

How can I encourage hosts to fill out the Host Evaluation Form?

To encourage hosts to fill out the Host Evaluation Form, emphasize its importance during the party and explain how their feedback will help improve future events. You can also offer a small incentive, such as a discount on their next order or a chance to win a prize, to motivate them to complete the form promptly.
