Pampered Chef: Help with Exchanges

    I have someone that wants to return a product for something else....I know shipping if free to return the product, but will she have to pay s&h for the new product?

    Pampered Chef pays for the shipping to ship an item back only if it's within the first 30 days of it being shipped out to the host of the show. If it's beyond that, then the guest must pay to send the item back. If she's exchanging it for something, then believe she's only "paying" for the product value for the new product since she technically already paid shipping. HOpe that helps!
