I need some help. I am participating in a quarter auction tomorrow and it has a holiday theme. Does anyone have a short (1 or 2 page) flyer that they use at booths that I may be able to use on the tables? I have been looking and I am not having any luck finding anything tonight. If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it.

Thanks and keep your fingers crossed that things go well tomorrow. I could use the bookings or sales. I won't complain either way.

Thanks!

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding a flyer for your quarter auction. I don't have a specific flyer to share, but here are a few tips that may help:1. Keep the flyer simple and eye-catching. Use holiday-themed colors and fonts to make it stand out.2. Include all the important information, such as the date, time, location, and what the event is for.3. Use images or graphics to make the flyer visually appealing. You can find free holiday-themed clipart online to use.4. Don't forget to mention the prizes or items that will be auctioned off. This will entice people to attend.5. If you have any special deals or promotions, make sure to highlight them on the flyer.I hope these tips help. Best of luck with your quarter auction tomorrow! I'm sure it will be a success.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a quarter auction and how does it work?

A quarter auction is a fun fundraising event where participants bid on items using quarters. Each item has a designated number of quarters required to bid, and participants can raise their paddles to signal their bids. If their number is drawn, they win the item. It's a mix of an auction and a raffle, making it an exciting way to raise money for a cause.

How can I incorporate a holiday theme into the quarter auction?

To incorporate a holiday theme, you can decorate the venue with festive decorations, use holiday-themed items for bidding, and encourage participants to wear holiday attire. Additionally, you can offer holiday-themed snacks and drinks, and consider having a special holiday raffle or prize for attendees.

What types of items should I include for bidding at a holiday-themed quarter auction?

For a holiday-themed quarter auction, consider including items such as holiday decorations, gift baskets, kitchen gadgets from Pampered Chef, gift cards, and homemade treats. You can also include experiences like holiday-themed classes or events to attract a wider audience.

How can I promote the quarter auction to ensure a good turnout?

Promote the quarter auction through social media, local community boards, and email newsletters. Create eye-catching flyers and distribute them in local businesses. Encourage participants to invite friends and family, and consider offering incentives for those who bring additional guests.

What are some tips for organizing a successful quarter auction?

To organize a successful quarter auction, start by securing a venue and date well in advance. Gather a team of volunteers to help with planning and setup. Ensure you have a clear plan for item procurement and pricing. On the day of the event, set up a welcoming atmosphere, keep the auction moving smoothly, and engage with participants to maintain excitement throughout the event.
