OK, so I went to download the Primo PDF writer software today. It had me install some new Windows .NET thing. Now my e-mail won't work!

I uninstalled Primo, re-installed my Outlook and still nothing. I get an error message. It then offers to open in safe mode but it won't do that either.

Help! I feel naked without my e-mail!!!

My husband is a computer programmer/repairer...I'm trying to pick his brain. I'm also trying to understand how a pdf creation program affected your outlook...strange.

It's not the creation, it was either the .NET or the Primo PDF writer software download. 'Cause I didn't actually use it.

Uninstall the Net Framework from your PC...you had an update screw up.

:blushing: Aw shucks...not a genius, just deal with technology WAY too much. ;)

You can try to go to the Microsoft and reinstall NET framework at another time and it will probably work fine. Make sure you reboot first.

NET framework is known to screw up and update here and there...
