I have a TON of email addresses that I've collected over the past 8 years for my monthly email newsletter. I want to put them in my contact list on my website. Has anyone else done this? What do I put in for first and last name? When sending emails from the website is there anyway to change them so they don't say "Dear....."?

I havent't figured out a way...so I put them in as Valued Customer or something cheesy like that

Ha! I thought the same thing...Preferred Customer...but thought it sounded cheesy too! Hopefully someone will have figured it out for me :) If not, I've revert to cheesy! :D

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I want to add contacts but don't have their names?

You can still add contacts by using placeholders for their names, such as "Customer 1" or "Friend 1." This allows you to keep track of your contacts and update their names later when you have that information.

Is it possible to add contacts without names in the Pampered Chef system?

Yes, the Pampered Chef system allows you to add contacts without names. You can enter other identifying information such as email addresses or phone numbers to help you recognize them later.

Can I edit the contact information later if I initially add them without names?

Absolutely! You can edit the contact information at any time. Simply locate the contact in your system and update their name and any other details as needed.

What information should I include when adding contacts without names?

When adding contacts without names, it's helpful to include their email address, phone number, or any other relevant details that can help you identify them later. This will make it easier to connect with them in the future.

Will adding contacts without names affect my sales tracking?

Adding contacts without names may make it slightly more challenging to track individual sales, but as long as you have other identifying information, you can still manage your sales effectively. Just remember to update their names when you have that information.
