Hi. I have some questions for anyone that does Gadget Guru on their PW.
  • Do you just use extra products that you have on hand to give away?
  • How do you distribute the prize? I assume you can drop off if local and ship if not local, but let me know in case I'm missing something.
  • How do you do the drawing? Put everyone's name in a hat type thing, or some other way.
I guess that's it for now. I think this is a great idea and I'm excited to try it!!

What is Gadget Guru?

I've never heard of this, but I would be interested in knowing more!

There was a post titled "Are you talking about your personal website at your shows?" on Jan 12 I think it started, under Personal Websites section, and one of the ways to use your website was this Monthly giveaway called Gadget Guru. All the details are there - I would attach a link to that post here but I don't know if I can do that. Anyway, check it out. I think it's a great way to get people to your PW and to get more business.

Hi there! I'm happy to answer your questions about the Gadget Guru program. As a Pampered Chef consultant, I have participated in this program and have found it to be a great way to showcase our products and engage with customers. To address your first question, yes, I typically use extra products that I have on hand to give away as prizes. This could be from my personal inventory or leftover products from previous parties. It's a great way to clear out some inventory and also promote the products to potential customers. In terms of distributing the prize, I do offer both local drop-off and shipping options. For local customers, I can drop off the prize at their convenience. For non-local customers, I usually ship the prize to them at their expense. This allows for flexibility and ensures that everyone has a chance to participate, regardless of their location. As for the drawing, I usually do a random selection by putting everyone's name in a hat or using a random name generator tool. This adds an element of excitement and fairness to the process.I'm glad you're excited to try the Gadget Guru program! It's a great way to engage with customers and promote our amazing products. Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy cooking!
