Hello everyone, I just had a quick question...

With fundraisers, do we use just the normal PC Catalogs?

or do we order special catalogs like for the Bridal Showers?

Thanks a lot for your time!!!

Normal catalog for both. The Bridal catalog is to give to folks setting up registries.

I read on a flyer somewhere (I'd have to hunt for it) that for a fundraiser show it is a good idea to choose from a bunch of products and put them on a few pages stapled together and hand them out. It is supposed to save you money on catalogs, I have no idea if it works or not though because I have never done a fundraiser. I would think the catalog would be best though because you are showing everything and it doesn't cost you ink and paper and time sorting and stapling and stuff.

I would use the mini catalogs and then give the fundraiser chairperson a bigger catalog or two.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between regular and special fundraiser catalogs in Pampered Chef?

Regular fundraiser catalogs feature a standard selection of Pampered Chef products available for fundraising events, while special fundraiser catalogs may include limited-time items, seasonal products, or exclusive offers designed to attract more interest and donations. Special catalogs often have unique themes or promotions that can enhance the fundraising experience.

When should I use a regular fundraiser catalog?

A regular fundraiser catalog is ideal for ongoing fundraising efforts or events that do not have a specific theme or time constraint. It provides a consistent selection of popular Pampered Chef products that are always available, making it a reliable choice for organizations looking to raise funds throughout the year.

When is it better to use a special fundraiser catalog?

A special fundraiser catalog is best used for specific events, seasonal promotions, or when you want to create excitement around a unique theme. If your organization is hosting a holiday event, a special catalog featuring seasonal items can attract more buyers and potentially increase sales, maximizing your fundraising efforts.

Can I combine regular and special fundraiser catalogs for my event?

Yes, you can combine regular and special fundraiser catalogs for your event. This approach allows you to offer a wider variety of products, appealing to different interests and preferences. It can also create a more dynamic fundraising experience, encouraging more participants to engage and make purchases.

How do I decide which catalog will be more effective for my fundraiser?

To decide which catalog will be more effective, consider your audience, the timing of your event, and the specific goals of your fundraiser. If your target audience is likely to be drawn to seasonal or themed products, a special catalog may be more effective. Conversely, if you want to provide a consistent selection of popular items, a regular catalog might be the better choice. Additionally, consider conducting a survey or gathering feedback from potential participants to gauge their preferences.
