So, I just got a new laptop:) but I am having trouble emailing any documents from the web. Ii think this is a very common problem with vista, does anyone have a solution? This is even stumping my uncle who does IT for a living. The option comes up under send but it is not highlighted so I am unable to send anything, which is very drustrating, Can anyone help? I would appreciate it! Thanks.
 
I have had many problems with Vista, and PP3. I would call tech support, they are awesome!

When I signed up I had troubles downloading P3 I have vista on my laptop. I sent an email but it took awhile to get a response. If you are in a hurry call HO. Tech support walked me through a few steps and it is working great now.
