pamperedgirl3 said:That is so awesome! Did you break down what you needed each month, etc. to get this? I would like to earn a trip next year too & would love some advice! Enjoy London!
ChefLoriG said:Yes, kind of. My goal was to maximize double points, so I really booked up Feb, turned in over 9k in Feb sales. I knew I also wouldn't get it unless I recruited. Recruited 7 so far this year, not a huge amount, but it is 14K less I have to sell. I try to be consistent with my calendar, doing at least 8-10 kitchen shows a month, and a few catalog shows. If you plan on doing 2 shows a week, you will earn everything PC throws at you, no more scrambling to earn the different incentives. Hope that helps.

Now I have to hijack a bit. Doesn't a recruit have to qualify before you get the points?
ChefLoriG said:Yes, they do have to qualify within their 90 days, then you get 2000 points
I try to make sure they qualify! =)
Moving from Level 3 to Level 4 in Pampered Chef signifies a significant achievement in your direct sales journey. It typically involves reaching specific sales goals, recruiting new team members, and demonstrating leadership skills. This transition often opens up new opportunities for earning potential and recognition within the company.
My journey to Level 4 was inspired by a combination of personal goals and the desire to challenge myself. I wanted to prove that with dedication and hard work, I could achieve higher levels of success. Additionally, the support from my team and the Pampered Chef community motivated me to push through obstacles and reach this milestone.
Some challenges I faced included managing my time effectively, balancing my Pampered Chef business with personal commitments, and overcoming self-doubt. There were moments when I questioned my abilities, but I learned to lean on my support network and focus on my goals, which helped me navigate these challenges.
Upon reaching Level 4, I celebrated by hosting a small gathering with my team and close friends. We shared stories, reflected on our journeys, and enjoyed some delicious Pampered Chef recipes together. Additionally, I treated myself to a little self-care, recognizing the hard work that went into this achievement.
My advice for those aspiring to reach Level 4 is to stay focused on your goals and remain consistent in your efforts. Build a strong support network, seek mentorship, and continually educate yourself about the products and sales techniques. Remember that every small step counts, and celebrate your progress along the way!
