I was wondering if there is a way to run a report that gives you your contacts but also tells you what show they were from????
 
On P3 at the top under Reports, then Customer List (I think that's the series). Click around at the top and you'll find where you can print your show customer list. You can include as much or as little as you want. If you want all the info, including what the purchased and how they paid, etc. you can run a show summary. Click on the show and then the show summary tab.
 
Another way would be to go under "customers" in P3, look up a particular customer, and on their info section it'll tell you what the purchased, when and from whom.

That's probably the easiest, under the "Contacts" tab in P3 and then see their Order History.
