I saw this on Pinterest, tried it and it works!!! It is SO COOL!!! I also did it with a pork tenderloin, cut into 3 pieces, to make pulled pork. Worked perfectly!I have the bowl-lift version with a 475w motor (Costco), so I turn mine between 4 & 6. And use the paddle blade.mentul77 said:I just happened to come across this thread while doing an unrelated search tonight but have a KA tip for all of you new (and maybe not so new) KA owners. Have you ever wanted chicken that was shredded, I mean super shredded, and don't have time for the crockpot to do it for you? Cook your chicken breasts in the deep covered baker in the microwave (or however else you want to cook them) and then put them in the KA! Make sure you have the head locked down and just turn it on to about 2 or 3 depending on the power of your mixer but you will have perfectly shredded chicken in seconds. It is shredded so well that it is fit for any recipe that calls for the canned stuff and tastes much better!
