Does anyone do their host coaching with post cards? I'm getting really busy lately, and am having a hard time meeting up with my hosts, and thought i'd try this. I've heard of others that have success using postcards. Can you share what your postcards look like?

I used to. I think I used Nancys Artworks. I think she's out of business. I currently use the phone for my first call and then send a couple prompting emails. Then finish up with a call the day/night before the show.

I use them all the time! The word from my hosts is that they really enjoy getting a postcard in the mail from me, since not many people use the mail anymore... I found some really great ones at www.thebooster.com and www.businessenhancements.com
They really save me time as I cannot make calls as regularly as I should, but I am still in contact with my hosts. Hope that helps :)

I use Marna Ross's host coaching email system. It works great too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is host coaching with postcards?

Host coaching with postcards involves sending personalized postcards to hosts to guide them through the planning and execution of their Pampered Chef party. These postcards typically include tips, reminders, and motivational messages to help hosts feel supported and engaged.

Does host coaching with postcards improve party attendance?

Yes, host coaching with postcards can improve party attendance. By providing hosts with reminders and encouragement through postcards, they are more likely to feel motivated to invite guests and promote their party, leading to higher attendance rates.

How effective is postcard host coaching compared to other methods?

Postcard host coaching can be very effective, especially for hosts who appreciate tangible reminders. While digital communication is popular, many people still respond well to physical mail. Combining postcards with other methods, such as phone calls or text messages, can enhance overall effectiveness.

What should I include in the postcards for host coaching?

Include key information such as party date and time, tips for inviting guests, reminders about product showcases, and motivational quotes. Personalizing the message for each host can also make the postcards more impactful and engaging.

How often should I send postcards to my hosts?

It's recommended to send postcards at key intervals: one when they book the party, another a week before the party, and a final reminder a few days before. This consistent communication helps keep the party top-of-mind for the host and encourages them to take action.
