No it's either one or the other and it's usually the percentage made at their show!!

But you can stress that they can get their 10% off the Guest special! Which in November for example would mean they get an extra deal on the SA.

Not sure where you are going with this...

Heather, AT her show she gets the higher discount (discounts aren't combined) so tell her that if she orders at others' shows she gets 10% but at HER OWN show she gets no less than 15% - in your example 20%. If she purchases the guest special she starts at the guest price and gets her show discount after that (so 20% off minus 20% off for the SA if it's a November show). Then at any show she orders on she gets the 10% off for the year (now it's longer cause she hosted again) and if the show was booked from hers she also gets 60% off the host special that month if she wants.

Hi there, as a Pampered Chef consultant, I am happy to clarify your question about past host benefits. If a previous host is hosting another show with a $300 order, they will receive the 10% past host benefit on top of the 20% host benefits for the current show. This means they will receive a total of 30% in benefits for their show. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions. Happy hosting!
