Has anyone subscribed to this and used it? There doesn't seem to be enough information about it on the Merrill site.

I tried it once. I got an ad to put in my daughter's school's play program a couple of weeks ago. Nobody's contacted me, but there were alot of ads in there, so I think others, like me, probably saved it for future reference. If it's meant to be, God will provide.

The ad came out nice, too. Since it was saved on the computer, I just e-mailed it to the person in charge of setting up the program, which made it easy.

I have. What's nice is that you can subscribe for a month, download a whole bunch of ads, and then not renew. So you get lots of ads for the couple of bucks. There are several sizes: business card, 3x5, 5x3, etc.; and different messages: recruiting, host a show, theme shows.
