Sorry to all those that got an email from me today. I didn't realize that Customer Connection does not recognize folders from gmail. So when I asked it to import certain folders it imported all of my gmail contacts. Which means if I have emailed you before or you have emailed me with some useful tips you were included in the email. Sorry for the bother.


From now on I think I will send the Customer Connection to myself and then forward to those I want to get it.
 
Haha, I did the same thing!! I don't know why it won't let you import just certain folders or contacts; you have to do them ALL!
