I had to share about my new consultant. She did her first show tonight. I was there for support. Her host asked her to do the Power Cooking beef AND demo the Artichoke dip. Despite asking so much, my consultant did it with flying colors. She really used the guests to help talk about the products they had and loved, and involved the guests. Her host wants to join PC and so did a guest. We're meeting Wednesday with the host and the guest about the business. My consultant could go from consultant to Future Director just like that. I'm very proud of her. She could have $300 PC dollars and $200 cash for her success.

Frequently Asked Questions

What factors contribute to a new consultant's success after their first show?

A new consultant's success after their first show can depend on several factors, including the quality of their product knowledge, their ability to engage with guests, the support they receive from their upline, and the effectiveness of their follow-up strategies. Additionally, the enthusiasm and motivation of the consultant play a crucial role in driving future success.

How can I measure the success of my new consultant's first show?

Success can be measured through various metrics such as total sales generated during the show, the number of bookings secured for future shows, and the number of new recruits or leads generated from the event. Additionally, feedback from guests and the consultant's own reflections on their performance can provide insight into their success.

What role does training play in a new consultant's future success?

Training is essential for a new consultant's future success as it equips them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell products, host shows, and recruit new team members. Ongoing training and mentorship can help them build confidence, improve their sales techniques, and develop leadership skills that are vital for advancing to a director role.

Can a successful first show guarantee future success for my new consultant?

While a successful first show can set a positive tone and provide motivation, it does not guarantee future success. Continuous effort, consistent engagement with customers, and a proactive approach to building their business are necessary for long-term success. It's important for the consultant to maintain momentum and adapt to challenges as they arise.

What strategies can I suggest to my new consultant to ensure future success?

Encourage your new consultant to set specific goals, maintain regular communication with their customers, and leverage social media for marketing their shows. Suggest they host follow-up events, create a customer loyalty program, and seek feedback to improve their future shows. Additionally, connecting with other successful consultants for tips and support can be beneficial.
