I had my first show last night and only 4 people came. My host got alot of outside orders though and it was over $300. I got 3 bookings 2 shows and 1 catalog. Yea! I did the Tapas and they loved it. Thanks for all of the encouragement of this board. I made alot of mistakes, but on average I think I did fine.

Don't worry about the mistakes, remember, you're
pampered, not perfect! Also, if you forget what you
were going to say, just remember, no one else there
knew what you were going to say next so improvise!

CONGRATS on your first show! VERY EXCITING! You must have done a GREAT job to get all those bookings from such a small show. See...small shows are not always a bad thing.

Don't worry about any mistakes you made. Chances are your guests didn't even notice them. I've heard people on this website and from others that we are pampered chefs not perfect chefs! :p
