I submitted a show on MOn pm...it was delivered on Fri...box 2 and 3 that is...box 1 doesn't even show up in my shipping...should I call?
 
No-m not yet, it probably went on another truck, and Fed Ex doesn't deliver on Monday's so that box should arrive Tuesday? So it isn't even showing up on your shipping status?

Nope..it's still not listed..I am going out of town MOn pm and won't be back til the following Tuesday!!

I would call. I got a box 1 and didn't order anything. Some how the computer/labeling system messed up.
 
Remember they do deliver on Saturday. You will probably receive it today.
 
When I had this problem, it was an item on backorder...check for any of those in your order, then call HO if you don't have any!

I have an order that 2 boxes of came yesterday. Online tracking/shipping shows boxes 4, 5, & 6 (There is NO 1, 2 or 3 listed!) I opened one of the boxes I received and thankfully it's the one with the packing slips. According to it, everything is box 1 and box 2 (Box 3 was the 3-tiered alone). So I don't know what the deal is with the numbering system on the shipment status page!
 
The box numbers on the tracking page mean nothing. If in the shipping email PC said two boxes were to be shipped and two boxes arrived, then that is it.
 
My supply order showed two boxes, but only one showed up yesterday. No biggie as I know that they sometimes arrive on different days. We'll my FedEx guy is normally here by 2ish, so when he hadn't come, I went to track box 1 on CC. Ok, so the box leaving Addison, heading to Richmond, VA is now hanging out in Pheonix, AZ. Guess it decided it would rather have dry, hot weather and not the nasty rainy weather we've had this week, so it jumped on the wrong truck :cool: It shows it will be here by Thursday...good thing there wasn't anything in there I really needed :)
