Does anyone know of a Tropical recipe (other than desert) that is vegetarian?

The Aloha pizza can easily be made without meat. And some of those new TVP meats are actually quite tasty. I've used the imitation chicken in cooking some of my family meals for Lent.

Actually, the jerk chicken salad without the chicken and bacon would be pretty tasty too, just mix the marinade in with the veggies.

You could also add tofu to the aloha pizza or the jerk salad.

Hi! As a fellow Pampered Chef consultant, I would love to share a delicious tropical recipe that is perfect for vegetarians. It's our Grilled Pineapple and Vegetable Kabobs! Simply marinate chunks of pineapple, bell peppers, onions, and zucchini in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, honey, and spices. Then, thread them onto skewers and grill until tender. The combination of sweet pineapple and savory vegetables will transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise. Plus, it's a great way to showcase our amazing grill tools. Happy cooking!
