Does anyone have something they've made up on their computer along the lines of the Pampered Bride Gift Record we used to receive from the HO? I like to give these to the bride at the end of her shower so she can work on her wish list and thank you notes. I have a shower tomorrow and just discovered my 3 year old found the gift record I was going to use (I had a stockpile from before) and wrote on it. What does everyone else do now that HO no longer has the gift records? Thanks for the help!
 
can you take that sheet that she drew on and just make up your own on your computer?

I do have a real primitive one...but I saw one once at a meetingthat a person had made up that looked very nice and more professional and thought maybe I could find something like that on here.
