I received this from one of my November Hosts. Can anyone offer a suggestion. I do not have the knife block. Thanks!
I have a question for you. I noticed today that my butcher block has about 3-4 cracks in it. Is this normal? Two of them are where the outside knife slots are.

Do a product adjustment to get her a new block.

And do it quick before the 30 days is up so they won't have to pay to ship that heavy sucker back!

Shoot, just realized you said it was a Nov. host. I guess it's past 30 days, huh?! :(

it is VERY expensive to ship back I ahd the same issue with my first one

Would a flat rate box be cheaper?
