I was under the impression that whatever the host buys is NOT commissionable- is that right?
When I entered my last show into Pampered Partner, it counted the host's order in the "commissionable sales."

So if I needed to get $1250 in commissionable sales for the month, then I just add up all of the "commissionable sales" totals that show at the top of Pampered Partner for each show... right?

That is what I understand.

The only part of the host's order that we get commission on is their discounted products (whatever level they earned...15-30%)

No commission on free, half price, or host bonuses.

Yep...about the commisionable sales for the month. You can run a report in P3 to get that info, too!

You can also look on the PC website under Consultant's Corner, "Individual Performance Tracker" and it will show you this year to date that you have sold. If you turned in any orders in October, you may have to add them together!

The report that Kelly referenced is the Monthly Sales Diary. In P3, go to Reports > Shows. You can pick the month that you want your stats for, and can select all shows (in case you have some that you haven't submitted yet) or just submitted ones.

If YOU are the host for a show and use the show discount it is not commissionable. Otherwise the amount the host actually spends when using her 15-30% discount (not counting 50% off items or 60% off items) is commissionable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the commission structure for new Pampered Chef consultants?

The commission structure for new Pampered Chef consultants typically starts at 20% on personal sales. As you achieve higher sales levels and recruit additional team members, your commission can increase to 25% or more, depending on your sales volume and team performance.

How do I earn commissions on my sales?

You earn commissions on your sales by selling Pampered Chef products directly to customers. Your commission is calculated based on the total sales amount before taxes and shipping. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, usually around the 10th of each month for the previous month’s sales.

Are there any sales quotas to maintain my commission rate?

While there are no strict sales quotas, maintaining a certain level of sales can help you qualify for higher commission rates and bonuses. It’s beneficial to stay active and consistently sell products to maximize your earnings and maintain your status within the company.

Can I earn commissions from my team’s sales as well?

Yes, as you build a team of consultants, you can earn additional commissions from their sales. This is known as team commission or overrides, and it can significantly increase your overall earnings as your team grows and performs well.

What happens if I don’t make any sales in a month?

If you don’t make any sales in a month, you won’t earn any commission for that period. However, you can still remain an active consultant as long as you meet the company’s requirements, such as maintaining your consultant status and participating in training and events.
