I have a host who was doing a February catalog show but won't be able to settle some of her orders until next week.

How long do I have to submit the show and the stone special still apply? I know after the 5th it won't count for MY Feb promotions but if she closes after the 5th can I still submit for Feb and the people that ordered stones still get the special?

Not to worry! You have until the end of March to submit it and still get the Feb specials. Just make sure you have a February date on it when you submit!
 
yes. Up until the last day of the following month can a show be closed with the prior months specials available for purchase. Commission falls under the month it was submitted. make sense?
