I'm trying to figure out what date guests are to go by for the free shipping on returns. Is it 30 days from the shipping date, the day they received their shipment, or the "receipt" date that is before the shipment date?
 
I believe it is from the day it arrives at the host house. but I could be wrong.

I was just told yesterday that it's the shipment date. I had a customer returning her grill basket, & since those were backordered, they were going by the date they were shipped out. (not the date the show was shipped)

Yes, I believe it's shipped date as well. I'm GLAD it's not the date of the show since sometimes it takes awhile to close them.
