Just wanted to share that I got RAVE reviews on this recipe last night at my show! And since I didn't have the citrus basil rub I used the Foster Farms Lemon herb chicken and it was great as a sub! Now I have to recommend this for summer salads along with the Delux cheeseburger salad!

I've been dying to try this recipe! But my hosts have wanted either Bites & Bevs shows or Real Food, Real Fast. One day I'll get someone who wants to do these recipes. LOL

I am making this for a show in April - not until the 22nd. We did have it for dinner, once. My kids didn't appreciate it. I thought it was quite good, though. Shows a lot of product, don't you think?

I made this for a show and it went so fast I didn't get a taste. So, I made it for myself this week - it was great!! It does taste wonderful with the Citrus/Basil rub.

What a great spring dish, as we Chicagoans look forward to snow tomorrow
:-(

It's supposed to miss my area and go just south. I sure hope the snow stays on that course, but we're right on the edge. It was so beautiful today. The sky was bright blue. Not one single cloud all day.

yes, i know jae...it was lovely here too, may have made it into the 50's I cleaned out my garage to make room for a chest freezer and PC overflow.

The snow is going to miss me down here in Kankakee, but I get to drive up north tomorrow, oh yeah. LOL

I was supposed to drive down to Bloomington tomorrow. Not anymore!

Not anymore! After such a gorgeous day yesterday, we are now under a winter storm watch, with 3-6 inches expected today and tonight.:grumpy: :yuck:

Sure hope this is winters last hurrah! I was outside yesterday cleaning up the ground in my garden, and DH is getting antsy to get started on the addition/exterior remodel.
