I'm a Consultant who doesn't collect cookbooks or cook very much but I strongly suggest getting this book while you can. I've listed recipes that I've actually prepared (they are few and far between :eek: ) and really enjoyed. The ones I've highlighted I still make at shows. I also love the Strawberry Spinach Salad.
