I had a couple of team members complaining at NC about feeling that I don't GIVE them enough at our meetings (I give away about $75 worth of tools/supplies every month). They have no idea how much or how little is appropriate (and these are people who don't sell all that much each month and are not building teams)
I am looking to revamp my recognition plan so they feel better recognized and I don't break the bank...what so ya'll do? What are some ideas you heard at NC?
