So here is the deal, I had vista 32 bit on my laptop and made the jump to Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I downloaded the latest PPP and installed it fine. I can do the initial log in with my consultant number and password, the problem is once I go to the tools tab and try to restore. I click restore, select the file from my backups and it actually might be restoring.....but then it wants me to re-enter my number and password and when I do it says my password is invalid? I have uninstalled and tried this several times with all the same results. I don't know if it's because I used to have a 32 bit operating system and now am trying to use that backup on a 64 bit operating system? Has anyone else had this or know how to fix it?
