Well it took me a few days, but I am starting a new thread for this topic. I went back and used Tasha's templates (Thank you) and updated the pictures. I have included the Fall 2007 products and the New Spring 2008 pictures. It includes all the products and new prices that will be in the March catalog. I'm sure I missed something or made some error, if you notice just let me know and I will change it.

Here are some of the tips that people had shared when this topic came up before.

These are used at bridal showers to make it easy for the guests to pick which things on the bride's wedding registry they want to buy for her. If your bride wants more than one of an item you may want to print 2 labels. Print off a hard copy of her wedding registry so you can cross things off as they are ordered for her at the shower & this will make it easy to go in and update the registry after the shower is submitted.
I think these are for avery shipping labels 8253 or 5163 will work but have not tested. - you might want to print one and take it to the store to check against real labels.
Below are pieces of advice others have given on how to use these.

I then put the dowels in the green foam stuff (not sure what the name is) and put them in a pretty white basket. When the bride tells me what items she wants I make sure those are the product cardstock I have in the basket. Then at the shower I pass around the basket and the guests just take the products (card stock and dowel) out of the basket and gives it to me at checkout. It works handy. I hope everyone understands this. Let me know if you have questions. Good Luck!Brenda K.

This way there are no duplicates and people can give what they feel they can afford, or go in with others, or whatever. I emphasize in my showers that they are helping the bride by not only purchasing gifts for her but by buyng things for their own kitchen, and ask them to give me the card they chose with the order for their kitchen. I then draft someone at the payment station to make a receipt for the bride with her gifts, and on their order I add what they bought for the bride and circle it, so they know what was theirs and what was hers.Nancy Collins

Thanks for the updated pictures. I tried to start a new thread awhile ago, but it died.

Thanks so much!

That should be almost all the pictures from the new catalog coming out March 1st.
I was never able to find the small bamboo spoons picture. The online catalog has the wrong picture for the small bamboo sppons. I also never found the Large round and rectangle stone without the rack in the picture. Since they are sold separately I didn't include them.

Hopefully someone gets some use out of these pictures. If nothing else it hopefully ended an old thread.

You're welcome, Wendy.

Okay, I wanted to wait until you were done posting everything, so that people didn't have to scroll through a bunch of responses to get to all of the pictures.....but....

THANK YOU!!!!!

I have a Bridal Shower in 3 weeks - so this is just in time!

I appreciate all of your hard work!

You are welcome Becky.
Just remember that the prices are the prices for Spring. :)It also helped me get an idea for which products are being discontinued. I'm glad you can use them.

thank you so much, they look great

Wow you are a saint, I am bowing down to you right now what a great idea I just did a wedding shower yesterday and I cut them all out and had to throw away 3 catalogs, thanks a lot for your hard work and can't wait to use them!

You are welcome, glad to help. The idea has been passed around here for awhile and now it has been revived.
I'm sure there are some that would rather use the catalogs than to print all the pictures. For those that would rather print, then this available too.

Your awesome!:D You are awesome! I don't have the patience to do all that. I usually just get one of the girls in our youth group to cut pictures out of old catalogs!

Thanks Keri! You are a life saver! My shower is next week and I had the old ones, but can't find them.

Thanks Tasha & Keri...

What would we do without you :balloon:

When I do Bridal Showers I do the following for the Bride's Wish List:

After I get the info and prior to the shower, I make up a "wish card" for each item on the list. I do this similar to the items listed on this thread (photo, item number and price). I also put a couple of lines on the cards so the gift giver can write a personalized note if they wish. I also have a line on which they can sign the card also. When I do the shower, I place the cards by the gift selection item (that way the gift giver can actually see the items) I do not take all the wish list items with me to the shower, but some of the more prominent ones. For the items that I do not take, I place the cards in a row so they can choose from those too. It does elimiate any duplicates! Just make sure to go over the orders that were placed by those unable to attend prior to the shower. I make everyone wait until the presentation is over, that way everyone has a fair chance on getting the card/gift they want to give! After the shower is over, I can give the bride the gift cards and she can see what she has received. This will make it easier for her to choose her free items and will know exactly what she is getting. This will allow her to update any other gift registries that she may have made elsewhere too!

Thank you SO much! I was checking for JUST this info!! I have a bridal shower in a few weeks and have never done this (showers yes, but with a list and the group of physical products). One question for those that color code. It IS easier and I love the idea. Do you think it's an issue though for those picking? Pressure to pick from the higher priced basket? Maybe not if they choose several from the lower. Just curious if anyones gotten a negative reaction. I'm SO excited about this :). Although I have a host that had a PC bridal shower and is planning to do a board of products herself!!

Thank you soooooooooooooooo much for these!!!!!

WooHoo - Thanks so much! I have a shower in April and this will make it so much easier for me to get ready for it! I was hoping someone would update them!

Thanks again!
