Bridal Shower Order Forms: For the Bride and Me in Word

Good morning everyone!
Does anyone have the bridal shower order form that says for the bride and then for me in word . I had it and lost it. Thanks

Finally got one! I don't know why it would not give me any earlier . I must not have been holding my mouth right! LOL

I would post it if I knew how to do that!!!!!! LOL Just got to files on here and type in bridal order form. It finally gave me the form .

You can right click the item in the Files section, choose "Copy Shortcut" and then paste here. That way you're also not duplicating the file on the servers unnecessarily.
