My average order is about $65. Catalog show orders not so great. But sometimes you get lucky.
At the recent show, several strategies were implemented to boost average orders. These included showcasing high-demand products, offering exclusive show specials, and creating engaging demonstrations that highlighted the versatility of the products. Additionally, encouraging guests to combine items into bundles for discounts helped increase the overall order size.
The host played a crucial role by inviting a diverse group of guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. They actively engaged with attendees, shared personal stories about their favorite products, and encouraged participation in the demonstrations. Their enthusiasm helped build excitement around the products, leading to higher sales.
During the show, kitchen tools that offered multifunctionality and time-saving features were particularly popular. Items like the Quick Slice, Stoneware, and various cookware sets attracted significant interest. Additionally, seasonal products and new releases also drew attention, as guests were eager to try the latest innovations from Pampered Chef.
Consultants can replicate this success by focusing on product knowledge and creating interactive experiences for guests. They should prepare engaging demonstrations, offer exclusive promotions, and encourage guests to think about how they can use multiple products together. Building a rapport with attendees and personalizing the experience can also lead to increased sales.
After the show, it's important to follow up with guests through personalized thank-you messages and reminders about any special offers. Consultants should also share additional product information, recipes, or tips to keep the conversation going. Engaging with customers on social media and inviting them to future events can help maintain interest and encourage repeat orders.
