janel kelly said:I've only done the post it in a 3 shows so far. Two of my shows took me up on it. I don't tell anyone about the post its. They usually just ask what they won. If you don't think your guests would go for a free show you could tell them they won a free small batter bowl (or whatever you want) if they book a show. I may offer that next because I think guests may be more excited about that and actually go looking for the other post it note in their catalogue.
Some engaging games you can use include a "Booking Bingo" where guests fill out bingo cards with booking-related tasks, a "Spin the Wheel" game with prizes for those who book a party, or a "Guess the Price" game featuring popular Pampered Chef products. These activities not only create excitement but also encourage guests to consider hosting their own shows.
To ensure the games resonate with your audience, consider their demographics and interests. For example, if your guests are primarily families, choose games that are family-friendly and can be enjoyed by all ages. Additionally, you can ask for feedback after the show to see which games were most enjoyable and effective.
Incentives can significantly boost participation. Consider offering discounts on future purchases, free products, or exclusive access to new items for those who book a show during the event. You can also create a tiered reward system where guests receive different prizes based on the number of bookings made.
After the show, send personalized thank-you messages to all attendees, highlighting the fun they had and reminding them of the incentives for booking a party. You can also include a short survey to gauge their interest and schedule follow-up calls to discuss potential dates for their shows.
Yes, certain Pampered Chef products can enhance the gaming experience. For example, using measuring cups or kitchen tools as prizes can create excitement. Additionally, incorporating cooking demonstrations with popular products during the games can showcase their value and encourage guests to book their own shows to learn more.
