lockhartkitchen said:I was successful with bringing the appetizer plates to all my shows so they could see the host special. I also really play up the recipes. I've booked 7 and I still have 10 shows this month, so I plan on booking out November and going on to Dec/Jan. for these months I do offer something special. Dec.- no demo shows are available, where I bring the ingredients and make the items ahead with entertaining and gift giving being the focus. In January, with 10 buying guests, I will bring a cake to celebrate my birthday and to thank my clients for the mark of 3 years with PC.

I have my guest turn to the page in the catalog that has the oval platter and plates on it and just talk about how pretty your table will be this holiday season when you have all the right stuff. I have 7 total bookings for Nov (5 cooking; 2 cats). I think I really can attribute it to the pictures in the catalog and the new mini catalog. I LOVE the new mini catalogs, by the way! (I've already mailed out 75!)
In November, Pampered Chef often offers exclusive deals for hostesses, such as discounts on products, free items based on sales totals, and special promotions that may include limited-time offers. These deals are designed to incentivize bookings and reward hostesses for their efforts in hosting parties.
To effectively promote the special hostess deals, you can use social media platforms, email newsletters, and personal invitations. Highlight the benefits of hosting, such as the opportunity to earn free products and exclusive discounts. Sharing testimonials from past hosts can also encourage potential hosts to consider booking a party.
To boost bookings, consider offering additional incentives for hosts who book parties in November, such as a bonus gift or a special prize drawing. You can also create urgency by emphasizing the limited-time nature of the special deals and encouraging potential hosts to act quickly to secure their party date.
Following up with interested hosts can be done through personalized messages, either via email or direct messaging. Remind them of the special deals and ask if they have any questions or concerns. You can also suggest specific dates that are available and offer to assist them in planning their party to make the process easier.
Common objections may include concerns about time commitment, lack of experience, or uncertainty about inviting guests. To overcome these objections, reassure potential hosts that you will provide support and guidance throughout the process. Emphasize that parties can be fun and low-pressure, and offer flexible options for hosting, such as virtual parties or smaller gatherings.
