Hi again!

At a party last week, one of the ladies attending did not purchase anything, but she called and wants to book a show. Is there any way to add her in P3 so that last week's host can get the booking benefit? I haven't submitted the show yet (planning to tomorrow). Thanks!

Yep. The guest can be entered in there even if she doesn't purchase anything. Just enter in the guest's info and then check mark the box that says she's booking and plug in a date. The date isn't set in stone, you can change it later, but you have to put a date in the computer for the host to get credit.

You're welcome! :)

Hi there! It's great to hear that you have a potential booking from one of the guests at your recent party. In order to ensure that the host from last week's party receives the booking benefit, you can add the new booking in P3 by going to the "Host Information" tab and clicking on "Add New Host." From there, you can enter the new host's information and link it to the previous party. This will ensure that the host from last week's party receives the credit for the new booking. If you need any further assistance with this, please don't hesitate to reach out. Happy booking!
