I'm on my own. My director and recruiter are in Alaska and I'm in Virginia! Meetings would definitely be a little tricky! I'm making out fine on my own, especially using all the help on this site, plus making regular calls to my recruiter.
But on the other hand I have one recruit and she is in TN and I really wish I could be there for her. She wasn't able to qualify in her first 30 days and I hate that I couldn't be there to help her get to that level.
Where exactly in TN are you?

Where in TN is your recruit? I provide hospitality and before I had a team I attended hospitality meetings with an amazing lady who might be closer to your consultant.
