Who's #1 SS Month is December?

My last show of the month is Wednesday the 30th. Since the Cutlery promotion ends on the 31st what can I say to make my best possible effort to get recruits the night of the show or possibly the next day? Has that ever happened for anyone?

I have a cousin who was with PC about 2 years ago and she is thinking about getting back into it. Questions that I have are: Can she sign under me? or does she just re-activate? When she starts again does she go though SS1-SS3 again? Thanks, Rennea:)
