    I can't think of a PC recipe off the top of my head but... a lady I know freezes her pumpkin rolls when she makes them. When she's ready to serve them, she just takes them out to let them thaw for a little bit. And who doesn't love a good pumpkin roll around Thanksgiving?!?! :love:

    Hehe! I guess that was a silly question about the bar pan! :D I did use wax paper when I have tried it in the past. Maybe it's all about the cooling times?? I found a recipe that has specific cooling times, and the one I've used in the past didn't have that.
