Why is the text on my computer suddenly so small?

OK, here's the thing:

I logged onto my computer and noticed that the text on the internet was HUGE. I did a few things on my settings and it seemed to fix it but now they are all very small. I have 3 other people using this computer and who knows how it got this way. Any suggestions from you computer-types? If its easier, you can email me at [email protected].
