Someone suggested this for a Pampered Swim Party I'm doing later this month. It sounds like a winner. I wonder, though, if I bring my camp stove to do the tortatini's while the host (who wants to grill) grills chicken....

I think it would be a great suggestion for the summer. You could tell hosts we'll be grilling- but inside where it's cool! I have alot of people that like to do TexMex here in TX, so I could start offering this!

I have done 1 show with the tortatini's but have several planned-we did the dessert ones using strawberries, a cherry pie filling, Heath Toffee chips, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, kiwi.....just imagine the sales had more than one person showed!
I can't wait to do a more dinner type version, and I love the idea of folding it into a square-you guys ROCK!:D

And here I thought the Tortatini was some type of Martini. You can tell where my brain is on this Friday afternoon!

Jason- didn't you see the article in this month's CN about them?

I love, love, love this theme! I just did another Tortatini show tonight. Over $700 without outside orders.

Once you get the routine down, it's sooooo stress-free and guests really feel pampered!I 'm doing another one on Sunday for a Mother's Day show.

Could you use the grill press on an outside grill, instead of the grill pan? Has anyone done this?

I don't have the grill pan so I don't have the grill press either Looks like a fun theme show

So do you use one tortilla or two?

Use one tortilla (I posted a step-by-step earlier in this thread).
