Where Can I Find a Coupon Challenge Flyer?

In my paper files I found a "coupon challenge" flyer that has five coupons on it. (Have $100 in order before you show and get $5 in free products, Have $500 in order at your show and get $5.00 in products, etc.)

I can't find the file on my computer so it must be something that was passed on to me. I did a search of "coupons" in the files and found a ton. I looked through several but I haven't found anything like the one I have.

Does anyone have one they can share?
