recipes, and any tips for them........so are you willing to share the following....
I've just signed a show to do 30 minute chicken and she wanted something made with chicken, so 10 minute fajitas, might do the trick, but not sure how to make them.
Thanks,
Lisa
Lisa/ChefBear said:Ok I've got a couple of DUMB ??
1 - How long do you cook Chicken Breasts in DCB?? Or do you take full chicken and use breast meat for the recipe??
2 - With the One Pot Pasta, any ideas on how to change if someone HATES broc. ?? She's not a big veggie fan, but likes carrots, so any other suggestions?? This is still on my list to try and just haven't yet.
Thanks,
Lisa
I've actually never made the One Pot Pasta, but if I did, I probably wouldn't put broccoli in it. Not a favorite of mine.ChefBeckyD said:1- About 10 minutes to do 3-4 chicken breasts, lid on. Because breast size can vary (chicken breasts, I mean!) use your meat thermometer to make sure it's cooked thoroughly.
2 - You could use zucchini in place of the broccoli. I love this recipe - you can change up the veggies to anything you'd like to add. I don't think JAE uses broccoli when she makes it.
One of my favorite main dish recipes is a Garlic Herb Chicken made using the Pampered Chef Rockcrok. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs, then seared on the stovetop before being finished in the oven. The Rockcrok allows for even cooking and retains heat beautifully, making it perfect for this dish.
Absolutely! A great quick and easy recipe is the One-Pan Italian Sausage and Veggies. You can use the Pampered Chef Sheet Pan to roast Italian sausage, bell peppers, and onions tossed in olive oil and Italian seasoning. It takes about 30 minutes from start to finish, making it perfect for a busy weeknight meal.
The Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is an impressive main dish that’s perfect for entertaining. You can use the Pampered Chef Stuffed Baker to prepare this dish. The pork is stuffed with a mixture of spinach, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, then roasted to perfection. It looks beautiful when sliced and is sure to impress your guests!
Yes! The Veggie Lasagna made with the Pampered Chef Deep Dish Baker is a fantastic vegetarian option. Layers of zucchini, spinach, ricotta, and marinara sauce create a hearty dish that everyone will love. It’s easy to assemble and can be made ahead of time, making it a great choice for gatherings.
A healthy option is the Quinoa and Black Bean Stuffed Peppers. Using the Pampered Chef Mix 'N Chop, you can easily combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, and spices. Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers and bake in the Pampered Chef Stoneware Baker. This dish is nutritious, filling, and packed with flavor!
